What to know before connecting
Does the answer depend on a specific model, provider, or infrastructure environment? Then it should be stated in the model card and the commercial terms.
01Models and pricingWhy can models through VION cost less?
VION uses partner terms, pooled usage volume, automatic routing, and its own computing infrastructure. The actual savings depend on the model and usage volume.
02AvailabilityWhat does model availability depend on?
The availability of a specific model depends on the provider’s current terms and the selected VION Agent configuration.
03InfrastructureWhere are model requests processed?
The route depends on the selected model and project configuration. It may go through VION’s managed infrastructure or an official partner channel.
04OwnershipWhich models belong to VION?
The catalog includes leading models from major developers and VION’s proprietary models. The rights holder and terms of use are shown on each model’s card.
05VION HUBWhat is VION HUB for?
It is a web account for signing in, managing your account, buying tokens, and monitoring your balance. VION HUB does not need to be installed: the VION Agent work app is downloaded separately.
06IntegrationsCan VION replace a CRM, POS, or PMS?
No. VION Agent works on top of business processes and connects to existing systems through managed VION integrations.
07RoutingCan a specific model be pinned?
Yes, if the model is available in the company’s configuration. You can also use automatic routing by task type, cost, and processing requirements.
08ControlWho approves important actions?
A responsible employee with the appropriate role. The company decides which operations the agent performs on its own and which always require explicit approval.
09DataDoes the agent get access to all company data?
No. Without a connected source and permission, the agent does not read external data. Permissions are set separately for each role, process, and tool.
10SecurityCan memory be turned off for a particular process?
Yes. Memory can be limited or turned off where a work scenario should not retain context.
11AutomationCan the agent work on a schedule?
Yes, if automation is enabled in the configuration and permitted actions and checkpoints are set up for the process.
12ResultHow is the agent’s work checked?
The employee sees the stages, sources used, status, and outcome. Critical conclusions and actions require review by a competent responsible person.
